We have a Customer Care Department which is dedicated to the needs of our contractors. They are responsible for handling all administration and financial issues in a prompt and professional manner leaving the contractors to focus 100% on their jobs.
All of our contractors have a designated consultant as a point of contact within Infinite People who keeps in continuous contact with them throughout the assignment to ensure that all is going well and also to ensure that any issues are dealt with promptly if and when they arise.
Our consultants each specialise in particular job roles, technologies and geographical areas. Therefore our contractors have the advantage of dealing with consultants who have got vast experience and knowledge of their own particular markets.
